Established in January 2004, Sacramento Fastener & Fitting began as a sole proprietorship with the concept of offering specific customers a level of knowledge, service and price competitiveness difficult to match by other companies. By offering customers the opportunity to work with knowledgeable veterans of the industry who are not only sales people, but who physically handle their customer's orders throughout the order process, we can reduce the chance of misunderstandings and minimize errors which typically happens when too many people are involved in an order.
In January of 2005, the company incorporated under the name MTG Fasteners, Inc. but continues to do business as Sacramento Fastener & Fitting in California. Midwest Fastener & Fitting was established in 2006 as a division of MTG Fasteners, Inc. Following the same principles that created our success in California, we quickly gained a solid reputation for excellent customer service and competitive pricing. Nevada Fastener & Fitting was established in 2010 and has quickly become known a valuable partner to many OEM’s and
industrial contractors.
We believe that putting the customer first is a strategic philosophy that not only allows us to acquire new business, but one that protects the relationship we have with existing customers. It is our goal to save our customers money while increasing the level of service they receive and reducing the amount of time required on their part to order product. We understand that the products we supply are often times the least expensive components in our customers finished product, but in many cases, they can be the biggest headache. We make it a point to learn as much as we can about our customers business cycle and offer our ability to focus on your need to maintain an adequate supply. With our ability to analyze the usage of component items, understanding and anticipating potential increases and decreases, combined with our ability to strategically source material, we believe we can make a difference in our customers’ bottom line.
MTG Fasteners, Inc. also specializes in kitting hardware products for our OEM customers. As Fastener Kitting Specialists, our employees are trained to recognize different aspects of the products we supply, not just diameter and length, but also thread, material and plating, which reduces the chance of incorrect product being put into a kit that will be sent out for assembly all over the world. These customers include HVAC, automotive aftermarket, solar and construction with well over a million kits provided annually.
